This mistake is really only made when you stop thinking about what your customer wants and instead, focus on what you want. Remember what this is all about after all. You aren’t going to get far online if all you are doing is thinking about what you want.
The second biggest online sin is boring people. And for this sin you will be punished with no sales.
I passed my Cisco IT exams the old fashioned way by reading the same cappy book over and over and over again. I could have done the same thing with my book but instead I thought about what it was people wanted, in particular my customers. Here is what I came up with:
- A one-stop study resource
- No boring fluff or fillers
- A mixture of hands on and theory lessons
- Lots of gonig back over lessons to cement learning
- A structured approach
There was more than this but you see my point. Did it work?
